In addition to completing the on-line abstract form, two other documents are required:

  • ChemEd 2009 Requirements for Presenters - This document contains information related to equipment and chemical needs for workshops and presentations. Please fill out the form (Word format), rename the document with your login name, and send to Dianne Clark -

  • ChemEd 2009 Chemical Safety Guidelines - This document contains detailed information regarding chemical safety for workshops and demonstrations. The chemical safety agreement on the last page must be signed and submitted to Dianne Clark - Saftey Coordinator (, fax: 540-831-6615, Box 6949, Department of Chemistry and Physics, Radford University, Radford, VA, 24142) for anyone that will be using chemicals in a talk or a hands-on workshop.  Failure to submit this form will result in the presenter being dropped from the program.
