||Power Series Solutions of Differential Equations: Programming and Experimenting with Technology

We build a procedure of progressive programming using a symbolic and graphic calculator that does not abandon in an abrupt way traditional pencil and paper techniques to solve differential equations with power series. Basic idea is the construction of one or several small pieces of programs during the common tasks solutions in this topic of a differential equations course for an engineering career student. These programs allow us avoid complicated manual calculations and to achieve epistemological and didactical objectives in several stages during the teaching-learning process.
