Hi Ian, I've searched around a bit for an online To-Do list application and I haven't found one that enables two people to share a list. I'd like to have an application that Shelley and I could share (as well as Rick and I) to help us track tasks. The application would enable multiple people to create a list and it would give the owner the ability to assign permissions to add, update, and remove items from the list. Each item should be assigned by someone and assigned to someone. The item should have a status, priority, and a due date. I would create a list that Shelley and I share. Both Shelley and I could add tasks to the list. The person who adds the task would "own" the task and be responsible for closing and deleting the task. I might put an item on the list with status new, priority 2, and due at the end of the week. Shelley would be able to update the status from a drop down menu and add comments. For example, the ABET reviewers need keys to the conference room. I'd create that task, Shelley would update the task to in-progress with a comment that the keys are ordered. When the keys arrive she'd update the task to complete with a comment that the keys are on my chair. I'd close and delete the task. If the keys don't work I could reopen the task and reassign the task to Shelley. I could also see a list that Shelley, Rick, and I share and we might have tasks that are reassigned. I might give open a new task assigned to Rick, Rick reassigns to Shelley, and Shelley assigns it back to me when it's complete and ready to close. Please let me know if you have a team willing to work on this system.
