Benevolent Hacking System – we have “working” version of a Python script that will deliver a payload of email messages to a list of users. However, this system is designed to be more interesting than that. The goal is for a researcher/educator to be able to create/select a list of recipients, create/select a message, deliver the message to the recipients and then keep track of how many of the recipients clicked on the link that they should have ignored. This system is not designed to identify individual users but rather to keep track of statistics (e.g. 37 of 100 targeted individuals clicked the link that they should have ignored). A bonus to this system would be to determine if messages were delivered or filtered, and for those messages delivered determine if they were opened. Contact: jchase@
