Today we reviewed javascript and DOM calls for hw04: Explaining the notion of inserting a p/div node for the error-message only if it didn't already exist, and then setting its innerHTML to add error messages. Also, we discussed the logic for handling the “do not submit (even if validates client-side)” and “submit (even if it doesn't validate client-side)”, and where to best add that logic (not inside a function validateAll, but rather via &&, || in the form's onsubmit attribute).
