Sky Meadows State Park

Sky Meadows State Park will be hosting our BioBlitz event on April 23rd from 1-4 pm. We will be surveying a 75 acre plot of land rich in habitat diversity. Representatives from the John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District, Virginia Department of Forestry and the Virginia Master Naturalists will be teaming up to help with species identification. Members of the public are invited to join in on the surveying by teaming up with a knowledgeable guide who can show them the basics of identification to gain an understanding of the diversity found at Sky Meadows State Park.
